I'm happy to accept commission work. Please read below for details.

Once I receive your commission request, I'll send you a quote. The quote will be valid for 30 days.  

A signed contract and 25% deposit is required before work will begin, and is non-refundable once I start the painting. You will be emailed a proof of the finished painting for your approval. Once approved, the balance of the funds are due before work is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the look of the painting when I email a proof, we can discuss any changes you would like and I will try to adjust the painting. If after the adjustment, you are still not happy, then you do not have to purchase the painting. The 25% deposit will not be refunded, but it can be sent as a credit towards another completed painting you would like to purchase from my website (but cannot be accepted as deposit for a future commission). To request another commission, a new 25% deposit will be required.

I accept credit cards through PayPal, as well as personal checks and money orders (must clear before work is started or shipped). 

The estimated completion of work is generally 1-2 months, depending on my workload, so please plan ahead. If you need a painting for a certain event, please let me know, so I can consider my workload and advise you on the possibility of it being completed on time.

I retain copyright on all artwork I create, which means, I have the right to use the digital or print image for promotional purposes and reproductions.  Artwork and images may not be used or reproduced without my written permission.

Some of my paintings are created on non-standard size canvas/board and may require a custom frame from your local frame shop. However, I was a professional picture framer for 18 years and still have accounts with a few moulding suppliers.
